They welcomed me into a supportive, inclusive environment that genuinely values its employees. One thing I truly appreciate is how the company promotes good working conditions. They actually listen—employees are encouraged to share suggestions on how to improve the job and make our workday easier. It's not just lip service; they take action based on our feedback. The pay is competitive, and even more importantly, the management team fosters a positive culture. If you make a mistake, you’re not judged or made to feel less—you're supported. Only that we only have 8am-7pm CDT time for the schedule. But that isn't a big deal. We are rocking it.
