High volume of tickets, especially during peak season Dealing with upset or frustrated customers can be emotionally draining Metrics and response times can create pressure during busy shifts Not Flexible hours

Pros

The company offers competitive salary at the beginning. But that's just it.

Cons

The company is bad at giving their employees a proper career path. Company doesn't even have HMO. They will replace you with AI even if you are working with them for almost 10 years. Once you are used. You will be discarded. They don't treat employees or FILIPINOS/South Africans/US as family. They only see us as contractors in this company. Once they've gained their wants. They will dispose you like a trash. For short I wouldn't recommend this company for long term. For short term? for sales? Sure but again if you are looking for a long term growth. This is not the company for you.
