"Ample opportunity for time off" - there's a huge absenteeism problem. No one can be relied on.
There is little to no coaching, and management plays favorites in a very obvious way.
Other cons:
~ low pay
~ no paid time off (I understand they recently added some holidays. That's a plus considering that Christmas used to be the worst time of the year. Tons of unpaid days without the option to work on those days. Happy Holidays, here's half a paycheck, but aren't you so lucky to have the day off?)
~ overworking capable employees
~ allowing incapable employees to stay on indefinitely, hoping they might leave instead of actually taking advantage of being a right to work state.
~ very stressful with few rewarding moments
~ empty promises
~ "small business culture" - lots of bad behavior that's ignored
