      Pretty good healthcare plan (Oxford Healthcare) Good location, midtown near lots of lunch places and gyms and Bryant park

      No opportunity for advancement, even if you overdeliver. Salaries frozen- no yearly raises or bonuses in sight. Recent cutbacks and layoffs. Everyone is scared of upsetting the volatile upper management.
