Pros

Pros

Working at Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio has been a mixed but generally valuable experience. The studio is highly respected in the design industry, and being part of such well-known projects offers strong professional exposure and a solid learning opportunity. The creative environment is stimulating, and the design standards are very high, which pushes the team to constantly improve.

Cons

That said, the workload can be intense and deadlines are often demanding, which sometimes affects work-life balance. Communication within teams can vary depending on the project, and processes are not always clearly structured. Overall, it’s a good place to grow professionally and build a strong portfolio, especially for designers who are motivated and resilient, even if it may not be the ideal long-term fit for everyone.
