Pros
You can work 70 hours and at least in California make over $100,000 a year.
Cons
Bad management Lazy employees manager never does anything they do 2 moves then park while the other 2 of us do 10 or 12 moves. Manager is full of excuses. Equipment always broken down never fixed in a timely fashion. They pay everyone the same when 2 of us have been here more than a year. They should not pay new hires the same. No formal review or guaranteed step for a raise. Empty promises. They promised employee input on benefits but yet to have heard anyone ask about anything. They send a survey that has nothing to do with my position They spent money on a retreat for executive and top people when they could have done it by zoom. They are picayune about idle in 110 degree heat and ac is broken.
