Pros

Nothing notable. The are too small for the large clients and too big for the small clients.

Cons

I don't think upper management knows what is going on within the company when it comes down to the lower ranks within Lazorpoint, and has no clue about changes that have been made that have a negative impact on Lazorpoint as a whole. Seems to me that management either doesn't care who they place in these positions and they aren't willing to give experienced people a real chance to show their skills and talents. This makes employees start to look elsewhere for employment opportunities where they are supported by management and are able to advance in a company.

Pros

Lazorpoint has provided a great hands on environment where I have been able to learn a large array of skills as they relate to administrating and managing business and enterprise IT environments. I've always learned best by doing, and at Lazorpoint there is no shortage of opportunities for you to take ownership of a process, ticket or issue and learn hands on. And if there is something you have interest in learning, I guarantee there is someone internally you can reach out to who would be more than happy to teach you the ropes. Also, I think everyone meshes very well and we promote a very solid team experience. Working with my team is honestly one of my highlights.

Cons

If you prefer to work alone this might not be the fit for you. Lazorpoint takes pride in personal ownership, but we are very team driven and we all lean on each other for support when needed.
