Pros
There is not even a single pros i can say.
Cons
I’m sharing my personal experience so others can be cautious.
The company conducts interviews and machine tests and makes candidates feel selected. They even discuss the salary. After that, they urgently ask you to join for a 7-day in-office “training”, promising that you will receive a welcome email and offer letter within 2-3days while training.
However, once you join, no welcome mail or offer letter is provided. When asked, they keep delaying and say it will be given after the training is completed.
After the 7 days, they conduct a so-called certification and interview. Following this, communication either stops completely, or they ask you to join again but with a much lower salary than what was initially promised, saying they cannot afford the agreed amount right now.
Even then, no offer letter is issued.
During my 7 days there, I noticed that they hire new people almost every day like this. Most of the people present are “trainees,” not permanent employees. It felt like the company was using training as a way to get free work.
Based on my experience, I believe job seekers should be very careful. The positive reviews online appear misleading, and the reality inside the office was very different from what was promised.
Also I can disclose the texts with the so called Hr if needed.
