Pros

-Helps you grow -Open communication -Work from home -Frequent touchpoints -Generous time off -Flexible -Listens to their employees -Great culture -Pet friendly office - Provides opportunities for advancement

Cons

I have yet to find a single con about working here. If you are not used to working for a fast paced, growing agency it might take time to adjust.

Pros

The organization of their clientele in Google made workflow manageable

Cons

- The content manager is a senior position, which wasn't explicitly mentioned in the initial interview, I assumed it was junior/mid-level based on the offered salary - The average salary for a senior level content manager is $80,000 and they're aiming to pay nearly 20% less that, for the amount of work required in this role this is easily a position worth $92,000 - They have way too many Statements of Purpose "SOPs" and their VP consistently points to it - Various changes were made to the SOP while I was training, setting back my ability to understand their process - The timeline for each project varies per Account Manager, even if the SOP states differently - You are required to go to Cleveland Ohio every January - No severance was offered - They say they have 5 core values, with some being balance and quality. I have never felt more anxious in a role and even the smallest mistake doesn't go unnoticed or verbally punished - I had to start "marking" when I'd send emails to the VP to ensure I wouldn't be blamed if content fell behind, it would often take a week or more to get content approval from the VP/AM - At least 50% of this job is saving receipts to save your behind - If your life doesn't revolve around the corporate grind and building someone else's dream, you will not be happy here
