Pros
I've worked as an internal staff member since 1995. The owners are very ethical and care about their employees, both internal and temporary employees. Working Temporary allows an applicant to try out a work environment to see if it's a good fit before committing, or provide short term income between jobs or while the kids are in school. They offer Temporary only, Temp to Permanent, or Direct Hire options, depending on our current client needs. Internally, it is a very energetic and supportive environment, with lots of laughs.
Cons
They specialize in general office clerical, so no light industrial or general labor. Since our clients are looking for temporary help in a pinch, applicants need to already have at least 6 months of experience. Applicants need to understand this is a Temporary Staffing Service, so a majority of client assignments may be short term, or temporary until a full time position opens up. Because of the temporary nature of the business, temporary employee benefits are limited. For internal staff, it is a locally owned company, so open positions are limited.
