Pros

Leadpages has been one of the best places I’ve worked as a developer. The engineering culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and values getting things done the right way with low ego. The leadership team, especially under Michael Sacca, is transparent and deeply engaged with the team. There’s a clear vision for the product, and our roadmap reflects that. There are real opportunities to ship meaningful features, own systems, and contribute to the broader direction. I’ve grown more here in one year than I did in three years at my previous role. Career development is taken seriously, with frameworks, feedback tools, and learning platforms that actually get used. The company culture blends focus with flexibility. People take their work seriously but also bring humor, warmth, and balance into the day-to-day. There’s no micromanagement and meetings are kept minimal.

Cons

Things move fast and sometimes shift direction. That comes with the territory in a scaling company. If you prefer a highly structured environment with lots of guardrails, it might not be the best fit.

Thanks so much for sharing this — we genuinely appreciate the thought and care you put into it. It means a lot to hear that the engineering culture, transparency, and builder-first mindset are landing, and that you’ve experienced real growth and ownership here. We also appreciate the balanced note on pace and shifting direction — that perspective is helpful as we keep scaling and improving how we communicate change. We’re grateful for what you contribute and for you taking the time to write this.

Pros

Amazing support team- Support teams leadership is absolutely incredible. Flexible, caring, fun. Super flexible work arrangements. If you're a parent, you get to *still* be a parent. Work from home opportunity The team dynamics, at least in the support department, are healthy and fun. They really don't hire jerks. Leadership cares about feedback.

Cons

NA- Nothing big. It can be chaotic but that's work in a technical support/software support/start up environment.

Pros

the few veterans left that I'm sure are trying to hold the scraps together.

Cons

Saying Leadpages is a sinking ship wouldn't be correct. It's halfway to the bottom of the ocean and I feel bad for those left. Tobyn Snowden, the ceo of Redbrick (the parent company) is a weirdo tech bro akin to Zukerberg and I bet he won't be happy until he's the last human at his own company. He only cares about Leadpages (and the rest of the companies) by how much money he can wring out of them. The CEO of Leadpages Michael Sacca is a know nothing podcast marketing bro who has so little respect for anyone that he can't even be bothered to show up on time to anything, much less look you in the eye as he lays you off. He's done nothing for Leadpages except create a podcast (surprise surprise) and lay people off. Just to outline how little they care about the integrity of the brand at this point, most of their about page is filled with people who were laid off, most over a year ago. Their support team, which was one of the companies biggest strengths has been completely gutted and bloated with overseas contractors and AI bots. Even their support twitter doesn't have updated branding. They haven't even bothered to address any of the feedback here on Glassdoor in 3 years (shortly after Redbrick bought them), nor have they updated the website URL, branding (which they just did) or the CEO. It's a sad state of affairs from what was once an incredible company.
