Great people, warm atmosphere, and generally good client interactions.

Somewhat messy leadership and unclear expectations across departments.

At this position, I was given somewhat free reign to accomplish my goals, without much micro-management. When I asked for a raise, it was given fairly quickly.

The culture at this company felt fairly dismal. The employees were seldom actually listened to, and clients were treated without the care and attention they expected. This led to both employee and client retention issues.
