Pros

There are some amazing people who work here. The level of dedication at the worker bee level contains some individuals who go out of their way to solve problems and get the job done. The culture has been fun and almost addictive in the past, though sadly is losing momentum at near light speed. On the help desk you will learn more in 12 months here than you can learn in most any other place due to the various technologies of the customer base, making it a great place to kick-start your learning.

Cons

There are not the opportunities for training or advancement that the company touts to people during the recruiting process. The culture appears to be fun – ping-pong tables, free food, holiday craziness, but it’s also scrutinized by leadership who notes how often someone plays on the table and uses it as a negative later. There is HUGE favoritism here for the tenured employees, many of which are now underperformers. Part of management cares beyond belief, other parts of it couldn’t care a thing about you personally, only revenue. The COO is fairly new and contradicts every principle and cultural stance of the company, including the "Frogma" plastered on the walls. Fault and blame run amok making people start on the defensive in any situation and geared toward covering their rear instead of generating long-term, sustainable solutions. The metrics for people not only change wekly but conflict with each other and the point of the industry: customer service. Understaffed and underpaid, it is a portion of the people here who keep the place afloat. If they had perspective to other place who truly value their people, and left, it would almost crush the future of the company.

Teams are easy to work with and willing to teach when able and willing to promote from within.
