Pros
The role was remote at the time.
Cons
Once you get passed onboarding. You're.on your own. There is little to be found in any real assistance from management or colleagues. People called out constantly leaving you to be left high and dry. The burnout rate there was immediately apparent. They did not respect the employees and the employees did not even respect each other for the most part. Very incompetent management. They were also somewhat toxic with passive aggressive comments and micromanagement. There was just a very fake vibe to them all. Very numbers and metrics based in regards to employees performance which we all know is garbage. Depending on your shift you very often lost out on your entire lunch break to attend an unimportant meeting. Absolutely no sick time. Yes I'm serious. If you're sick.. you use 1 of your very small pool of PTO days. Depending on how you look at things, the pay was either bad or mediocre best case scenario. You can do far better for the same work. You are expected to do on-call hours fairly regularly. This is not made obvious in the job listing.
