Pros

Some nice people, but they come and go.

Cons

As you'd expect from an automation company, it's all about efficiency and cutting costs. This means all employees are dispensable, and they do regular layoffs. If you want job security, find a company with a more inspiring purpose and soul.

Pros

1. Remote 2. Offshore oppurtunity

Cons

1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
