      Pros

      I have had a positive experience working here. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, with seniors always willing to help. The leadership, including the Director and CEO, is approachable and encouraging. The compensation is also fair and competitive.

      Projects are often assigned with tight timelines, which can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      As my first ID job. Its been almost 4 months and my experience is great. I am learning a lot. Everyone including the team leads are very helpful. Also we have WFH option which is great.

      So far no cons at all.
