      Pros

      The owners are incredibly supportive of their employees. Lots of food options nearby. Flexible work hours. Really nice/safe neighborhood.

      Cons

      Difficult area to find parking. If you're a part-timer working daycare, you must have a strong personality since you're mostly on your own.
