Would not recommend - Educator Learning Horizons Employee Review

The manager needs training in communication and leadership. the department is not structured and keep chasing revenue but don't care if we are overwhelmed. Manager don't really do anything except ask for how much money we make or occasional request to do things, to make more money. Also a lot of backbiting and gossip, a lot of she say he say, until you realised you are to grown for this juvenile kind of situation and seek greener pastures.
