Pros
Some of the people are really smart and easy to work with. When that is the case one can a learn a lot about the education field.
Cons
Senior leadership does not have a clear direction of what the organization should do and how it should grow. There is always the need to "chase" funding rather than focus on developing expertise and a niche.
