This is a Husband and Wife owned company and they were unable to separate their personal and professional lives. Very often, employees were witnesses during some very awkward marital moments. Also, the owners are very unpredictable in expectations and changes to scheduling. Things were always very tense and felt unstable. Overall, a very stressful place to work.
