Great opportunity for undergraduate work - Supervisor Learning Support Services Employee Review

Gained responsibility and independence as a student-worker. I was paid fairly and regularly. I was given the freedom to lead my own team of ~13 peer mentors (also student workers) in my own way. I also helped to plan and implement our orientations for new team members. I was even given the opportunity to present at a mentoring symposium with our program director.
