Flexible hours, easy preparation, great students.
Good system for communicating standard requests.
Cons
The longer you work for them, the less group classes (higher rate) you receive. So, you get shorter classes (i.e. double the prep and follow up at a lower rate.)
No pay increase (only a very slight hourly bonus dependent on perfect performance).

Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued part of the Learnlight Trainer Community.
We understand that class distribution and pay are important considerations. Group classes are directly linked to client needs, so seasonal fluctuations may occur from time to time. We also regularly review market benchmarks to ensure our compensation remains competitive.
Thank you again for your contributions—we appreciate your dedication to supporting our learners.
Good and understanding, flexible work at your own pace

We’re really happy to hear that you’ve found the work flexible and supportive, that’s something we genuinely try to protect, especially knowing that everyone’s schedules and priorities look different.
Learnlight works well for people in many different life situations - we view flexibility as an advantage rather than a label. Whether someone teaches alongside another job, studies, family life, or simply values autonomy, our aim is to make that balance possible.
Thanks again for being part of Learnlight!
"As an English trainer with Learnlight, I have the privilege of working alongside a fantastic team while connecting with people from around the world in a truly practical and impactful way. This role has not only allowed me to satisfy my passion for helping others, but it has also helped me grow into a more compassionate and well-rounded person. I deeply value the flexibility of setting my own schedule and working from home or on the go — it’s a lifestyle that supports both my personal and professional goals. I genuinely love being part of Learnlight."
Cons
If you're looking for a large income, you have to be prepared to grow and specialize in your qualifications, open your availability beyond the 9–5 schedule, and be responsive across time zones. You have to be a people person, willing to deal with and maintain your composure under pressure, build empathy and trust, especially when personalities clash while keeping the goal in mind.
You also have to stay resilient, be up to the challenge to avoid burnout and be able to say no to distractions.
