Pros
If you value fair treatment, healthy leaderships, and reasonable expectations—this may not be the right fit. My experience was marked by a strong presence of favoritism which made it difficult to advance unless you were part of the inner circle.
The work environment was very toxic with lots of cattiness and backstabbing with a workload that was consistently overwhelming and poorly managed.
Cons
By far the worst organization I have worked for. The workload is completely unmanageable unless you're part of the supervisor’s inner circle. If you're “in,” you get support, lighter duties, and are shielded from pressure. If not, expect to be overworked and overlooked.
Performance is not rewarded here—in fact, those who carry the team often end up being punished or micromanaged, while favoritism dictates who succeeds.
Advice to Job Seekers: If you're considering this company, be aware that hard work alone won’t get you far. The culture rewards connections over competence.
