Pros
The people and morale were amazing, and the best place I have ever worked. The firm did end of the month parties and celebrated staff appreciation week. Overall, I looked forward to going to work because of the people who worked there - both staff and attorneys.
Cons
Segregation of attorneys versus staff. At times, I was felt that I was "lesser-than" because I was considered staff. Does not offer flexible work arrangements.
