      Customer satisfaction and working with vulnerable people

      Cons

      Terrible treatment to their staff. Management are not nice personally speaking and on a massive power trip. Look elsewhere for a better company to work for that treat their staff well.

      The residents/patients are great. The work itself is rewarding

      Management is absolutely horrible. So many former employees have sued .
