Pros
Flexible work schedule Feels good to help people improve their health The employees are nice, especially the frontline workers
Cons
So many cons to name... Too political - I think this stems from the CEOs background as a former politician. Too relationship oriented - People are not hired because of the skills they bring to the table, but who they know or what family they come from. There is too much strategic hiring. I've never worked with so many family members of legislators. Unorganized - I believe Legacy is unorganized because they hire people who lack the skills and talent to make the company dynamic. Shady - The place has a 'something in the milk ain't clean' vibe because management does not communicate important information to employees. A joke - The marketing department is s joke. The group never completes projects on time and employees are always disappointed by them. Also, the leader over the team is rude, weird, awkward and lacks confidence. I could go on, but you get the point...
