Legacy Concepts has a special culture. It is positive, fun, and rewarding. My experience with working with Legacy is you will be given the opportunity to succeed, as long as you are willing to do the work, and stay the course. As for a sales/marketing job, the clients are easy to represent and we can help a lot of people at the same time. Although, as a company they focus on entry levels and develop them into leaders within the industry. Some big pros to me are travel opportunity, a base pay, plus commission, so really unlimited income potential, and a great team environment.

Not necessarily a con, but the atmosphere is very personable - team activities and such - so if you are the type of person who wants to clock in and clock out and not really form relationships and be friends with coworkers probably not the place for you.
