Pros
Overall friendly coworkers Good bonuses/incentive for making sales Lot of traveling around the state, which can be fun. You get to see a lot of different places in Nebraska that you might never go to otherwise.
Cons
AWFUL hours. I was working 11 hours a day, 5-6 days a week (PLUS 2 hours of just commuting from Lincoln to Omaha). If you're traveling somewhere far for selling, that's that much more time you're putting in Trainees only make $500/week, which translates to about $9/hr for a 5 day week, or $7.50/hr if you work 6 days. If you have a disability that might interfere with your work, don't bother. If you're not working at the same level as the other trainees every day, you'll get fired. No patience for anyone too inconvenient.
