Upper management is very apathetic to the safety of the mall's employees. They make all employees park in the parking garage, regardless of the lack of cameras or security monitoring. There have been many complaints sent in and nothing has changed. They actually towed a woman's car after she expressed her discomfort in going up into the parking garage alone when she closed late at night.
