Pros
Clean and supplies were almost never an issue. Director of Nursing was ok. Loved the 12hr shifts on set days. I was able to have a life and finish school. Most of the nurses where hands on. They would actually answer a call light and meet the need of the resident.
Cons
They will not back you up as far as knowing how some of their residents are. They will hang you out to dry for the sake of their image. Please don't request a day off and your not the scheduler's buddy.... You won't get the day off unless you find your own coverage.
