This is a very exciting company to be part of, especially if you enjoy working in a high-growth enterprise technology environment where things are moving quickly and the product is constantly improving. The best part of the role is the mix of client exposure, product involvement and commercial impact. As a Solution Consultant, you are close to real customer problems and get to work with some of the UK’s biggest clients, helping shape solutions that are genuinely useful rather than just theoretical. The product direction is one of the most exciting parts. AI is being actively encouraged across the business, not just talked about. We get to use some of the latest AI tools (Claude) and the company is beginning to introduce AI across the wider product suite. That makes the client conversations more interesting and gives the role a strong forward-looking feel.
