Pros

Working at LegalVision has been a fantastic experience for me. The culture here is genuinely friendly and supportive, which makes coming to work every day a pleasure. I really appreciate how much emphasis is placed on hiring not just talented professionals but also good people who contribute positively to the team atmosphere. Management is hands-on and always available to offer guidance or lend a helping hand. They’re proactive in celebrating wins, both big and small, which creates a positive environment where everyone feels recognised and motivated. What sets the management apart is the fact that they are not just leaders but also feel like friends that genuinely care about your success. They’re always approachable and willing to share their knowledge. The review system is thorough and fair, with regular check-ins that focus on our development as lawyers. The work itself is varied and interesting, keeping me engaged and constantly learning. The systems in place are efficient, which really helps in managing workload and staying on top of tasks. One of the best parts about working here is the genuine focus on work-life balance. It’s clear that the company values our well-being, which is especially important as a trainee still finding my footing in the legal world. There is also an emphasis on teamwork and helping others rather than the toxic competitiveness you often see at “traditional” law firms. I can’t recommend LegalVision enough to anyone early on in their career or otherwise. Overall, LegalVision is a great place to grow your career, surrounded by a supportive team that truly cares about your success.

Pros

Ideal location. People who are passionate about the start up.

Cons

Start up culture is deeply flawed. Personal relationships in the office with employees underneath their managers clearly affect team relationships. As a uni student I was pigeon holed into an area and never given opportunities. Now working in a workplace with big profile clients and am respected for my hard work, analytical skills and dedication.
