Pros

Legion stands out because of its strong product and product leadership. Lately, the company has been focusing more on helping customers use the product and get real value from it. There’s still more to do, but the product team has made good progress and things are moving in the right direction. Startups can be tough, but having good leaders in product is really helping. The product is improving, and now we need to bring in more customers to grow globally. I’m feeling very positive about the future!

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be challenging, and frequent shifts in priorities can feel unsettling. Also, we need to quickly bring in more customers to fuel growth.

Pros

Some of the technologies they used were good. Other than that, there was no positivity in this workplace for employees like me.

Cons

The workloads were ridiculously high. Employees were asked to work brutally long and exhausting hours. Putting in more than 50 and even 70 hours a week was considered normal. If you resisted working additional hours, you were the bad one. Too much work always leads to quick burnouts. Employees were quitting quickly to avoid burnout. Those who were considered useless by the arrogant leadership were fired or let go without much notice. It created fear regarding job security. There was no concept of mentorship here. You had to do everything alone. If you failed, you took the blame. If you succeeded, someone else, usually a superior, got the credit. It was awful!
