Pros
The people here are genuinely top tier — a lot of the team comes from elite IDF units (8200, 8100) including the founders, so the level of talent around you is high and you learn a lot just from the day to day. The founders are transparent about where the company stands — deals, finances, where things are going — which makes you feel like you're actually part of something. The office is amazing, there's a music room with guitars and drums and they bring in professional teachers twice a week, Xbox, coffee, snacks, breakfast on Mondays, dinner if you stay late. But honestly beyond the perks it's just a good place to be — flexible with working from home, understanding about life stuff like kids, open minded management that actually cares about you as a person. Lots of events, good energy, and you're always building new things.
Cons
It's a fast moving startup so things change quickly, but honestly that's also what makes it exciting. Nothing major to complain about.
