Pros

Good earning potential if you are fortunate enough to have a territory with many loyal Leica customers. Otherwise, good luck selling instrumentation at a premium price point that is producing the same results as your instrument.

Cons

From the horrific training where all they seem to focus on is a brief overview of the product lines and then role play after role play followed up by hours of Microsoft Power Point training. The daily skills and methods for finding answers to questions and producing quotes were brushed by the way side. Not to mention, the CRM used is home grown, out of date and unable to perform the needed tasks.

Pros

This is a great company with a very clear value proposition. The work genuinely matters, and you can really make a difference through what you do every day. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and it’s easy to see how individual contributions connect to the bigger picture. The people are another major strength. Talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive colleagues make this a great environment to do meaningful work. It’s also a place where you can truly be yourself—differences are respected, and authenticity is valued. For those who are genuinely committed and willing to put in the effort, there are real career opportunities and room to grow. Overall, it’s a rewarding place where strong values, impactful work, and great people come together.
