Pros

It’s been pretty stable in the past, but now you'll be judged on things you have absolutely no control over, like TTR, and asked to whip up 'flash bang' work orders just to make management look good, eh?

Cons

Run for it! This company piles on a ton of nonsense that you're 'responsible' for, and it impacts your bonuses and pay increases. TTR is out of your control, especially when parts show up broken or there aren't enough engineers to cover territories. Customer reviews suffer because we can’t get to them quickly enough, and the help desk case turnaround is impossible to manage if you’re not on the help desk or are swamped due to being short-staffed. If you dare to say anything or speak out, they'll send you on the worst work orders and micromanage you until you feel like quitting, eh? The new director has set some pretty unrealistic expectations for us, even though we’re following expense guidelines. Now we're expected to use off-airport parking to 'cut costs,' which adds an extra two hours of overtime each week (and they limit that to five hours). All this just to 'save' a few bucks—it’s absolutely ridiculous! They’re not doing well at all, and the way they operate is just so unstable.

Pros

This is a great company with a very clear value proposition. The work genuinely matters, and you can really make a difference through what you do every day. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and it’s easy to see how individual contributions connect to the bigger picture. The people are another major strength. Talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive colleagues make this a great environment to do meaningful work. It’s also a place where you can truly be yourself—differences are respected, and authenticity is valued. For those who are genuinely committed and willing to put in the effort, there are real career opportunities and room to grow. Overall, it’s a rewarding place where strong values, impactful work, and great people come together.
