The way the company is run right now has a few big problems:
-Leadership style: All decisions come from the top, with little chance for employees to give input or grow their skills
-Focus on numbers: Management cares only about hitting targets, without understanding what's actually happening in our market
-Work environment: This is creating a negative atmosphere where good employees keep leaving
-Location: The office location is far from everything; the closest bus is 15min walking distance. The mandatory 5-day office policy makes this especially difficult
