High paying in comparison to other dealers in the industry. New president is making strides in growing and changing the current structure. Fast paced with reward.
Cons
Poor management with no training and people skills. No regular meetings. Lack of support in multiple departments. Decision making is based off managements personal beliefs instead of the business. They tolerate and participate in verbal abuse, workplace violence, and isolation of staff they dislike.
