Worst management company - Anonymous employee Leiter Property Management Employee Review

Hi, it's clear this person is very upset and appears to be posting multiple times in an attempt to destroy our reputation. That being said, we work very hard to make our employees happy and unfortunately cannot always succeed. We are constantly improving on all areas of our business and hiring and HR is a challenge for sure for a small business. We have addressed this post with glassdoor and asked them to investigate whether this is a post by the same person who has attacked us on here before . I'm certainly sorry this has come to this and that this person is so disgruntled. There is many false statements here and we hope a reasonable person can tell the difference between a constructive review and an emotional review by someone who was fired. For instance, does anyone really believe that there is NOTHING good about the company? Our reviews on yelp and google would suggest otherwise. Any person is welcome to come by our office unannounced and see for themselves what is going on at our company. Thank you
