Nothing, I found a Unicorn when I found Lemonade. If you’re not interested in challenging yourself, standing up for what you believe in, advocating for others, seeking opportunities for improvement, being receptive to feedback, practicing the art of resiliency, and sharing in life’s joys with your teammates: Lemonade is not the place for you. That just means we hire some pretty awesome people, and that’s definitely not a con.
