Pros

- Amazing culture, but really. they care about it so much and they will do anything to ensure that this culture keeps going on. in the interview process they have dedicated interview that it's only purpose is to verify culture fit. everyone is so nice, and care about each other, also in individual level but also care about other teams products and goals. zero politics, but for real. - Amazing management, 2 super amazing CEO's and great directors. - Growing like crazy, everything is so dynamic and fast, but in a good way. - They care about the small details and will never give up on it, also in terms of software quality but also in terms of employee satisfactions. - Amazing growth opportunities for individuals. - Always try to improve employees benefits, just now announced for a 3 weeks holiday for baby born event (for dads), and in general they continuously try to figure out what would be a great new benefit for employees. - Great software infrastructure which always being improved.

Cons

- Well, it's more related to economy cycles I guess but the stock got hit hard, it can be great for new comers to get stocks in such a low price. The employees have full confidence at the CEO's about the future of the company, so it may be temporary.

Pros

Great company/culture, great people, great exam support. Surrounded by the cream of the crop in the insurance and insurtech world. interesting and dynamic work. A nice bonus is you will learn how to code here, it's non negotiable.

Cons

No formal rotational programs. Work can get get overwhelming during exam season (maybe not a unique thing to this company). No bonuses, just equity.
