Pros
The benefits package is fantastic. Very competitive, and you can pick and choose to suit your lifestyle. The head office in London is a extremely nice environment to work in. Employees are spoilt.
Cons
1. The construction arm of the business is run like as an old boys club. If you are part of the gang you are in. If not, I would advise you move on. This is clearly recognised throughout the business, and senior leadership appear to not want to/ or can’t do anything about it through fear of upsetting the long-standing construction MD. 2. Core Values - some of them are not worth the paper they are written on. 3. Don’t be disillusioned by the beautiful office. Scratch the surface deeper and you will see the cracks.
