      Small family group, sometimes fun, nice clients great bonus ( for mangers) great long term client base. Great being able to help other when in need.

      Cons

      Bious, promise of promotion never followed through, very very bious toward women and think it's funny even when it comes to clients

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
