      They provide great benefits and a lot of time off.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place with no real direction and it is a high turnover, because of that. This cause a lot of the heavy work load to fall on the remainder left trying to hold on.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
