Lendmark itself seems to be a really great company that cares about their employees
Cons
The manager was demeaning and only had one way of training. If all you need is a manual to do your job, hardley any communication and very late nights in the office then this is the job for you. This platform doesn't allow you to go into specifics, so I would say that I felt like I was in a toxic relationship with the manager.
