      I enjoyed knowing that I was helping someone in there time of need. (I felt their joy)

      I had to make a choice to leave or stay difficult decision but I had to relocate to help family.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
