      Benefits are the only thing

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. You do everything in a extreme micromanaging way and the credit gets taken away from you . It’s not team ran. A lot of do what I say not what I do. High turnover due to who is in charge there. Nobody wants to work at that branch for a really good reason.

      Cons

      The hours can be long at the end of the month; management likes to tell you when you haven’t met your numbers and acts like you haven’t been working, when in reality, you’re busting your butt!
