Management have no clue what they're doing - their "directors" have a long fancy title that means nothing
Employees have no voice
Not diverse at all, probably less than 10% ethnic minorities in the company - shocking because London and their clients are so diverse!
Only one female developer, majority of women work in admin or test
Only one female in upper management
HPD have an old way of working and stuck into their ways
Their softwares not any good and very 1990s
I think most people are demotivated, if you walk through the office the majority are browsing the web for most of the day
Never get pay rises, not on merit anyway.
Pay is low (matches to the level of work)
Boring, so boring infact it will stunt any career growth you had
Male dominated (if I haven't eluded to that already)
