Pros
The Company has some very dedicated and loyal employees. I really enjoyed getting to know them personally and professionally. Everyone at the division level was great to interact with daily. The Corporate Associates could sometimes be rude to the Division Associates and act as if we worked for them when they were supposed to support us in achieving the operational goals of the company as a whole. The Division President was consistently investing in culture and letting people know they were appreciated.
Cons
I consistently asked for more challenging work and it never came my way. I grew bored in the role too fast and didn't stay very long. I have nothing negative to say about the company or people, it just wasn't right for me with where I am at in my career. I think i was overqualified and there just wasn't enough work to give me.
