Before new DP was hired the VP of OPS had the morale,culture and business heading in the right direction. Everyone loved their jobs.
Cons
Complete lack of leadership. DP has no business running a national homebuilding division. Turn over is insane. Daily write ups for employees is common practice until they finally quit or get fired.Bonus program a total joke. The homeowners are the ones who suffer with poor expectations from sales and no Customer service. You go to work everyday wondering when the next shoe is going to drop. At least one person a week quits.
